We accept payment by Credit card or Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Laser & Maestro)

Instore: We also accept cash and laser and our own gift vouchers


All orders are dispatched twice a week Tuesday & Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent on Tuesday between 1pm & 4pm.

In 95% of cases delivery is achieved within 2 days days all over United Kingdom.


We charge a flat Rate of £5 postage unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.


In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days. In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Purchases can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 7 days of dispatch.

We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.

If you do not have your order confirmation or invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number and reason for return.

Your refund will be processed within 3 working days once it has been delivered to our salon. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.

We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order (e.g. if you have paid by PayPal, we will reimburse your PayPal account). If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you.
