TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AKB Skin Gym Plans can not be cancelled for the first 6 months. After this should you wish to cancel your membership, you can only do so once all treatments received up to date have been paid for. Please notify us, as soon as possible in writing, should you wish to cancel and all treatments/payments outstanding will be calculated. Payments made to date, can not be refunded.
All treatments must be booked within a year of setting up the AKB Skin Gym Plans. Any treatments not taken within in the year, can not be rolled over or refunded.
Bridal Packages can not be cancelled for the duration of the plan (8 months). All treatments must be booked within 8 months of setting up the plan.
Complimentary Sign Up products can not be exchanged or swapped.
The 10% retail discount applied only to purchases made in clinic and not via online portals. To order from a distance, please call the clinic directly and order will be processed with discount.
By signing up to AKB Skin Gym Plans or Bridal Packages, you guarantee that you have read and understood the above T&Cs.
All monthly payments will be taken by GoCardless.
